Be the chef of your career

Important analogies from Chapter 2 of my book:

Do you know the difference between a chef and a cook? A cook follows the recipe of good grades with a side of hard work. They start with highschool, then university and lastly land the perfect job upon graduation. A chef creates with no recipe and finds different ways of learning and gaining experience. A chef can be a part time cook by getting a good education but also have side projects and explore their passions by pairing different ingredients. Another analogy is a taxi driver vs a bus. As a bus driver you have a set route but as a taxi driver you can find different ways to your career destination. You can find the dish you want to create by looking at profiles of people who have made it. Some of them may share their secret spices and you can incorporate flavours from others as well.
