Create An Abundance Mindset

Tips from chapter 5:

Create an abundance mindset. We all have a Reticular Activating System(RAS) which takes the stimuli around us and let’s us know when there’s something worth paying attention to. Our thoughts program the RAS, and the confirmation bias interprets new evidence as confirmation of our existing values and beliefs. If you think you don’t have enough money then you won’t have enough. If you focus on abundance and having enough then your RAS will make it so. Don’t compare yourself to others if you want to have a gratitude mindset. Do something to make your life better but be happy with what you have. You’ll always be poor if you keep spending outside your means. Be grateful for the benefits you have such as food shelter and technology. Moving away from material goals helps with career freedom and success.
